  • Hands down the best studio in the area! If you don’t have a Pilates background, you are encouraged to take a few all-level classes to get accustomed to classroom flow, cues, and the reformer. Each class is challenging and I promise you won’t find better instructors anywhere. Capacity is limited to 7 students per class which enables the instructors to ensure proper form so you get the most out of each and every movement.
