Neely is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, founder of Pilates on Third in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, and a lifelong athlete. Originally from Calgary, she was a competitive downhill skier and earned First Team All-Conference honors as a collegiate volleyball player at Montclair State University. In 2002, she relocated to Jacksonville, where she earned her MBA from the University of North Florida while working as a certified personal trainer focused on weightlifting and physique training.

Coming from a family deeply rooted in professional sports—her father a retired NFL and CFL player and coach—Neely grew up immersed in high-performance environments. That foundation shaped her disciplined approach to movement and her drive for excellence.

She discovered Pilates while training for physique competitions. It transformed her body, helped her win her first competition, and introduced the mind-body connection her routine had been missing.

In 2012, Neely founded Pilates on Third to share that transformation with others. Today, the studio is recognized as Jacksonville’s premier Pilates destination, known for its blend of core-based Pilates, cardio, and resistance training. Neely’s method challenges, empowers, and inspires clients to train with purpose.

Beyond the studio, she channels her passion for growth into golf and Pilates retreats. Since 2018, her retreats have offered immersive experiences where movement, mindset, and adventure intersect—inviting others to push limits and reconnect with themselves.
