Joana earned her Master’s in Marketing from the University of North Florida in 2021 before starting her career as a wellness copywriter and editor. With a background in strength training, she brings a deep sense of body awareness and strong knowledge of how movement supports overall well-being. She first discovered Pilates while looking to balance her workouts—and was instantly hooked.

After taking classes at Pilates on Third, her appreciation only deepened. The high-energy, athletic style shifted how she moved and how she recovered. She’s been a loyal client ever since.

Now stepping into the role of instructor, Joana is excited to share the kind of movement that’s made such a difference in her own life. She’s especially passionate about how Pilates supports not just physical strength, but also mental clarity, better sleep, improved focus, and a calmer nervous system—benefits that carry over into every part of your day.
