CERTIFIED PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Riley is a former Division I swimmer who grew up in Ponte Vedra Beach, with a lifelong appreciation for movement and the human body. Her athletic background led her into personal training and marathon running, building a strong foundation in strength, endurance, and performance.

After years of high-intensity training, she discovered Pilates and quickly recognized its value—enhancing strength, improving mobility, and supporting long-term, balanced training. What started as a complement to her routine became a core part of how she trains and moves.

Riley brings a thoughtful, athletic approach to her teaching, with a focus on helping clients move with intention, build strength, and understand their bodies.

She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Communication and Design, which informs her clear, effective communication style in the studio.

Outside of Pilates, Riley runs her own Mahjong business and enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, and baking—especially sourdough.

She is excited to be part of the Pilates on Third team and to help clients feel stronger, more balanced, and confident in their bodies.
